Big calendars finish
Large syncs run in batches and complete in the background. Years of events import without the dreaded "exceeded maximum time" error.
Preview + delete safety cap
Every write can be previewed first, and a single sync can never delete more events than the cap you set. A runaway spreadsheet cannot empty your calendar.
Re-imports update in place
Rows are matched to real events by ID, so re-syncing refreshes your sheet instead of piling up copies — and unchanged rows are left alone.

Refunds & cancellation
Try before you buy: the 14-day trial includes every feature, so you can prove CalWeave works on your own calendar before paying anything.
If you purchase and something doesn't work for you, email us within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund it in full. Renewal charges are refundable on the same terms. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time via the payment management link in your receipt email; your licence stays active until the end of the paid year.
Terms of service
CalWeave is provided by Edwards Bros (Spaldwick) Ltd, trading as CalWeave ("we"). By purchasing a licence you agree to these terms.
Licence
A licence permits one Google account to use CalWeave's paid features for the paid period. Licences auto-renew annually until cancelled.
Service
CalWeave runs inside your own Google account using Google's Apps Script platform, and depends on Google services remaining available. We maintain the add-on against Google's platform changes and provide support by email.
Your data
Your calendar and spreadsheet contents are processed inside your Google account and are never stored on our servers. See the privacy policy below.
Liability
CalWeave includes safeguards (preview, delete caps, duplicate protection), but you remain responsible for reviewing changes before applying them to important data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Privacy policy
Last updated: 7 August 2026. This policy explains how CalWeave (the "add-on"), operated by Edwards Bros (Spaldwick) Ltd ("we", "us"), the data controller, handles your information — including data accessed from your Google account via Google APIs.
What Google user data we access
- Google Calendar events (read via
calendar.readonly; create, update and delete viacalendar.events): event titles, dates and times, locations, descriptions, guest email addresses and event colour, for the calendars and date ranges you choose. - The current spreadsheet only (
spreadsheets.currentonly): the rows of the spreadsheet the add-on is installed in. CalWeave cannot see any of your other files. - Your Google account email address (
userinfo.email). - Supporting, non-data scopes: displaying the add-on's sidebar (
script.container.ui), managing the optional auto-sync schedule you configure (script.scriptapp), and contacting our licence server (script.external_request).
How we use Google user data
Calendar and spreadsheet data is used for one purpose only: performing the synchronisation you explicitly request between your Google Calendar and your spreadsheet. Processing happens transiently, in memory, inside Google's own infrastructure attached to your account. Your email address is used solely to associate your licence with your account and to contact you about your subscription (for example a failed payment). We do not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, analytics, or training machine-learning or AI models, and no human at our company reads it.
Sharing, transfer and disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade Google user data, and we do not share it with third parties, with two narrow exceptions: (1) your licence key and account email (never calendar or spreadsheet content) are sent over HTTPS to our licence server, hosted by our infrastructure processor Supabase, solely to validate your licence; and (2) we may disclose information if required by law. Nothing else leaves your Google account.
How we protect your data
Calendar events and spreadsheet contents are never stored on our servers — there is nothing of yours there to breach. All communication with our licence server uses TLS-encrypted HTTPS. Licence records (key, account email, subscription status) are stored by our processor with encryption at rest and are accessible only to authorised personnel via authenticated, access-controlled connections. The add-on follows the principle of least privilege, requesting the narrowest Google scopes that support its features — including limiting spreadsheet access to the single document it is installed in.
Retention and deletion
Calendar and spreadsheet data: not retained — it exists only for the duration of a sync you run. Add-on settings are stored in the document properties of your own spreadsheet inside your Google account and are removed when you uninstall the add-on or delete the spreadsheet. Licence records are retained while your subscription is active and for the period required by UK accounting law, then deleted. You may request deletion of your licence data at any time by emailing support@calweave.app; verified requests are completed within 30 days. You can revoke the add-on's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which immediately ends all data access.
Limited Use disclosure
CalWeave's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
